1 chopped tomato
½ chopped red onion
½ chopped white onion
1 cup of chopped coriander
¼ of avocado
50 ml white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a bowl mix the vinegar and the olive oil.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Add the finely chopped onions and avocado and stir with a fork.
Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander and mix.
Adjust the salt.
