This is the way we found to make a dish that resemblances a curry, but without all the calories and fat!
200 g chicken breast
Spray of olive oil
1 cup of mushrooms
½ onion (cut in small pieces)
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp low fat tomato sauce
½ tbsp Worcester sauce
½ cup low-fat yogurt
Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
Add the chicken and let it get golden brown.
Add the mushrooms, light tomato sauce, Worcester sauce and salt.
Bring to the boil for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the yogurt stirring well and it is ready to serve.
