This is a healthy side dish that goes great with any protein. I personally love it with fish!
Ingredients 500 g broccoli 1 tablespoon grated whole-wheat bread or panko 125g of fat free yogurt 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese Pepper 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
Method Cut the broccoli, not to small. Cook it for about 10 minutes until they are tender. Place the sprigs into tin or dish to go to the oven. Mix yogurt and cheese, season with pepper and spread over broccoli. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and powdered mustard and return to the preheated oven to gratin for 15-20 minutes at 190 ° C. Enjoy!
