This apple cake has no flour, no dairy and no added sugar, therefore it's gluten free, lactose free and refined sugar free! It's delicious and the simplest cake recipe ever: 6 ingredients and a blender, that's all you need.
Ingredients 2 apples, peeled 1 egg 1 egg white 1 banana 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup gluten-free oats (rolled oats are always better) Cinnamon powder to sprinkle
Beat in the blender the apples, the whole egg, the white and the banana. Transfer to a bowl and combine the baking powder and oats. Stir well and put in a non-stick tin. Cover with apple slices and bake for 30 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle some cinnamon and serve.
