This is not a baked recipe, but I decided to post it here anyway because I make it all the time and it's so easy and healthy! The base of the pancakes is always the same, and you can top with whatever you like. It's my favourite post workout meal.
Ingredients 100 g vanilla whey protein 2 large eggwhites 1 banana 1 pinch of baking powder Coconut oil to fry the pancakes Maple syrup and blueberries for the topping, or whatever you want to top it with!
Blend it all in a blender and fry in medium heat. Enjoy!
