Method Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a saucepan, sauté the zucchini with coconut oil and garlic. Put the braised zucchini in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except the tomato sauce) and mix. Shape the meatballs in the palm of your hand. Put it them in non-stick tin and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with hot tomato sauce.
