This is our healthy version of a cheesecake with apples for you to make at home. So easy, simple and yummy!
1 package of Rivita toast
1 chopped green apple
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons light cream cheese
2 tablespoons of stevia
½ cup oats
1 tablespoons coconut milk
Vanilla, cinnamon and honey (as much as you want!)
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, crush the toast.
Add a spoonful of coconut oil and two drops of vanilla essence.
Add a spoonful of stevia and cinnamon to taste.
Mix well until you get a dough consistency.
Distribute the dough into a mini muffin tin
Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese in an electric mixer.
Add the yolk and keep beating.
Add ½ teaspoon of stecia and two drops of vanilla extract.
Turn off the mixer and set aside.
Mix oatmeal, add the remaining coconut oil, sweetener and cinnamon powder to taste and set aside.
Remove the baked dough from the oven.
Fill each with a layer of topping.
Distribute some green apple cubes.
Sprinkle some oatmeal at the top to make it look pretty!
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Serve with honey.
