Low carb vegan cookies are possible!
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons agave
1 tablespoon corn starch or arrowroot
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of baking soda
Zest of half orange
Method of preparation
In a bowl, put all the ingredients together.
Mix to form the dough.
With your hands, model 10 cookies.
Distribute in a baking dish greased with coconut oil or lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes @180 degrees
Remove and let it cool.
Serve next or store in glass jar.
