Baked Omelette

Eggs manage to put together qualities that very few ingredients are able to do: flavor, nutrition and being easy to make!

So, the idea is: at breakfast, change the bread for a healthy omelette. This dish from being hungry a lot longer because it's full of protein. And it is even better if we don't use oil and cook it in the oven. So, the omelette gains a different texture, a delicious alternative to save calories!

And you can vary the filling: add, for example, cooked vegetables or seasonings such as oregano or basil.

Ingredients
1 yolk
2 egg whites
1 chopped tomato 
1 tbsp ricotta
Salt and black pepper

Method of preparation
In a small bowl, whisk the yolk with a fork.
Add chopped tomatoes and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites.
Gently, beat the beaten whites to the initial mixture.
Pour the omelette into a round refractory.
Lightly bake in medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
