It's warm outside, summer is here and we need ice cream!! :) For a guilt free and nutritious version of it, go with this amazing Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Nice Cream. 100 kcal and 11g of protein per serving, and so so yummy!
INGREDIENTS 1 cup blueberries 1 small banana 150ml fat free vanilla Greek yogurt (you can use vanilla almond yogurt for a vegan version) 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder 3 tbsp fat free cream cheese
METHOD Line a small baking tin with wax paper. Slice banana and arrange in single layer on baking sheet, then add blueberries in a single layer. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Mix yogurt and protein powder, then place in freezer for 30 minutes. In a food processor, combine yogurt mixture and cream cheese. Then add blueberries and banana and pulse until smooth. Add a couple tablespoons of almond milk if you need to help it blend. Top with crumbled graham cracker or granola if desired. Enjoy!
